Eyelash Extension FAQ

We recommended every 3 to 4 weeks.

We highly recommend you not to, but if you do, please be mindful when you’re removing your make-up. Do opt for oil-free removers instead, as oil breaks down the glue attached to your eyelash extensions, which may be harmful to your  natural lashes!

Each session will not stretch beyond 2 hours.

Eyelash extensions have a life cycle of 25 to 29 days. Our expert Lash Technicians will also educate you on the best post-treatment tips to care for your lashes for the maximum takeaways. If your lashes are well-taken care of, they can last up to 1.5 months, but the results can vary from person to person.

You need to avoid any moisture for at least 48 hours after your service.

Before your eyelash extension appointment, make sure that you arrive without makeup and with clean lashes. Also, avoid using makeup and undergoing treatments such as lash perming. For your safety, you should only get extensions if you do not have recent eye surgery or infection.

Getting eyelash extensions is a painless process, and it’s usually best to close your eyes for the duration of the treatment. It is so comfortable that you might even fall asleep during the process. The right salon will give you a luxurious experience, similar to what you would get with a manicure. After the treatment, it does not hurt as well.

You can keep your lashes looking fresh and clean by brushing them every three days. You can also use a special cleanser (avoid old-based products) or distilled water to get rid of any dirt buildup. Before using any products near your lashes, make sure that they are from natural sources.

Certainly. You can apply your eye makeup on top of your lashes after the eyelash extension session. However, we would suggest avoiding using oil cleansers and removing your eye makeup with extra care.

Absolutely. You can still attend laser facial treatment. However, you need to request your dermatologist to avoid pressing the protective gear on your eyes. On the other hand, for regular facial treatments, your beautician should refrain from steaming your face and apply anything oil-based close to your eye area.

It is best to attend our eyelash extension appointment at least after 8 weeks of your eyes perming or tinting.

Lash Lift FAQ

Lash lifts are a semi-permanent lift and curl treatment that enhance your natural lashes and instantly open your eyes. You’ll look brighter and more awake even with no mascara or lash curler required.

A lash lift can last 6-8 weeks.

Yes, you definitely can! But it’s preferable to wait 6–8 weeks for the lashes to be smooth enough to adhere properly. It can be difficult to get well-bonded, long-lasting lashes on excessively lifted or kinked lashes.

Lash Rejuvenation FAQ

Lash Resurrection is a non-invasive lash regrowth treatment that is designed to promote lash regrowth serum to the lash line, stimulating and activating natural lashes to grow longer and thicker without any pain or side effects.

• Avoid hot showers, swimming, sauna, steam bath, and face steaming for the first 24 hours.
• Avoid makeup on the lash line for the first 3 days (e.g. eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, false eyelashes).
• Avoid rubbing and touching your lashes.
• If swelling occurs, use a cold compress over the eyes to ease any swelling.

The Lash Rejuvenation Treatment can be done right before a lash lift or 3 days before a lash extensions service.
